1xlite's services are exclusively for individuals aged 18 years and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you have reached this minimum age requirement. 1xlite reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time, and any account found to belong to a user under 18 years of age will be terminated immediately without any compensation.
1xlite services are intended exclusively for users residing in Malaysia. By registering, you confirm that you are a legal resident of Malaysia. 1xlite is not responsible for any violation of local laws that may arise from the use of the platform by individuals outside Malaysia.
Each individual is only permitted to have one active account at 1xlite at any one time. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended, with balances and winnings forfeited. If you become aware that a duplicate account exists in your name, please contact the 1xlite support team immediately.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering at 1xlite. This includes your full name as shown on your identification card, an active Malaysian phone number, and a valid email address. For winnings exceeding RM5,000 in a single withdrawal request, 1xlite reserves the right to request additional identity verification. This includes a digital copy of your MyKad or passport and proof of the payment method used. 1xlite does not charge any processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your e-wallet provider or bank may impose their own fees, which are outside of 1xlite's control. All taxes applicable to winnings are the personal responsibility of each member in accordance with prevailing Malaysian tax law.

Wagering requirements refer to the total bet amount you must complete before any winnings from a bonus can be withdrawn. For example, a MYR100 Welcome Bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you need to place a total of MYR3,000 in bets (MYR100 × 30) before the bonus portion can be converted into withdrawable cash.
1xlite reserves the right to void any bonuses and associated winnings if signs of promotional abuse are detected, including but not limited to multiple account registrations, hedging bets, or coordination between accounts to exploit bonus offers. All promotions on 1xlite are for the personal use of eligible members only.
Important: If a bonus is claimed but the wagering requirements are not met within the specified validity period, the bonus will expire and be automatically removed from your account. Your original deposit will not be affected by the removal of the bonus.
All games available on 1xlite use a Random Number Generator (RNG) system that has been independently verified. Every game outcome — from slots spins to live casino table results — is entirely random and free from any external influence or manipulation. The Return to Player (RTP) rate for each game is publicly published on the 1xlite platform for players' reference.
In the event of a technical error, system disruption, or software failure during a gaming session, 1xlite reserves the right to void the affected rounds or bets and return the original stake to the player's account. Official results as declared by the relevant sporting body are final. Any bets accepted after an event has commenced may be voided at 1xlite's discretion. Betting limits for each event are set by 1xlite and are subject to change without prior notice.

1xlite reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
If an account is suspended on valid and verified grounds, 1xlite reserves the right to hold the balance in that account as a protective measure while an investigation is ongoing. Accounts suspended unjustly may submit an appeal through the 1xlite support team.

1xlite members are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the 1xlite platform without express written consent from 1xlite. The use of 1xlite's logo or brand name for any purpose outside the context of legitimate platform use is strictly prohibited.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, 1xlite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses suffered by members, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business disruption arising from the use of or inability to use 1xlite's services.
1xlite does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or be error-free at all times. 1xlite will make every effort to ensure maximum platform availability; however, occasional downtime for maintenance or technical reasons beyond our control may occur. 1xlite will notify members of any planned maintenance whenever possible.
Liability Limit: 1xlite's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 12 months preceding the claim.
